If this plan is such a whizbang deal for all* Americans, then why are not all Americans under this plan? The Elite Cogressional Deemers and their senior staff are exempt as well as certain religious sects and special; interest groups approved by the exempt congressional Deemers....Does this not strike you as most discriminatory?
All are equal in the eyes of the law except for our exempt which makes them more equal than others.

Individual mandate

The Internal Revenue Service will be responsible for enforcing the individual mandate – the requirement that people must purchase insurance or receive it through their employers, or pay a fine.

The challenge for the IRS will be figuring out how to determine who has insurance and who doesn't, without using many of the tools it normally uses for tax collection.

The deadline to start charging penalties is 2016.

Aw naw ma...no mandates...(suckers....:)
